        ratio is approximately 44 %. )
      • Load voltage: 20 V, 25 V, 30 V, 40 V, 60 V, 80 V and 100 V
      • Continuous load current: Max. 1 A ( AQY221R6VY )
      • Both low on-resistance ( Low Ron type )
        and low capacitance ( Low Cout type ) are available ( 20 to 40 V )
      • Turn on time: Typ. 0.02 ms (AQY221N5VY )

        Packing style 1Y: 1-reel 1,000 pcs., Outer carton 1,000 pcs.

        1. For space reasons, the three initial letters of the part number "AQY", the package (SSOP) indication "V", and the packaging style "Y" and "W" are not marked on the device.
          (Ex. the label for product number AQY222R2VY is 222R2.)
        2. Indicate the peak AC and DC values.
        3. Only tape and reel package is available. Tape and reel packing style Y and 1Y: picked from the 1/4-pin side. Tape and reel packing style W: picked from the 2/3-pin side.
